Malala Yousafzai is a young Pakistani activist known to be a Nobel Prize laureate. She is known for fighting for human rights and the education of women in her native Swat Valley in Khyber Pahktunkwa. This is the local area in Taliban were girls were banned from going to school. This advocacy had grown into a movement.
Yousafzai has earned many awards and honors for her hard work of getting female education in her country. She earned the National Peace Prize in 2011, Anne Frank Award for Moral Courage of January 2012, Mother Theresa Awards for Social Justice in 2012, and so much more. However Malala's greatest achievement is fighting for her right to her own education
